Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and oversee promotional campaigns across social media, digital, and print channels.
  • Brand Awareness: Maintain and enhance brand identity through consistent messaging and marketing materials.
  • Market Research: Analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor activity to adjust strategies.
  • Content Creation: Prepare, distribute, and oversee promotional materials and content.
  • Event Coordination: Organize and attend marketing events, launches, and conferences.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance using analytics, preparing reports on success metrics. 

Requirements & Skills

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Marketing Officer, Marketing Assistant, or similar role.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, social media platforms, and online marketing tools (e.g., SEO, Google Analytics).
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Soft Skills: Strong creativity, organizational skills, and teamwork abilities
