ICT Manager

Responsibilities:

• Formulate and implement ICT strategies aligned with the Authority's objectives.
• Oversee design/implementation of short and long-term ICT infrastructure.
• Anticipate business requirements and recommend ICT solutions.
• Develop and maintain robust ICT systems enhancing business continuity.
• Drive continuous improvement in ICT capabilities and ensure systems are current.
• Manage ICT-related projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Lead budget formulation, implementation, and monitoring for the ICT function.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related. Master's is added advantage.
• Minimum 5 years' managerial experience in ICT or related environment.
• Strong project management skills, knowledge of infrastructure and cybersecurity.
• Strategic thinker, high integrity, commercial/public-service orientation.
