Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop Human Resources strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Oversee and enforce the implementation of HR strategies.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and talent development of HR personnel.
- Develop and implement annual work plans and training plans to address skills gaps.
- Coordinate the implementation of a performance management system.
- Oversee staff welfare, salary administration, and management.
- Ensure smooth functioning of HR information management system.
- Control the headcount to align with budgets.
- Recommend improvement of conditions of service for retention.
- Develop and implement succession plans for critical positions.
- Implement Audit reports recommendations and provide HR input into the budget.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in HR or Industrial Psychology. Master's in HR is prerequisite.
- 5-10 years of progressive HR experience, with 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems, labour laws, and employment regulations.
- Professional certification (IPMZ or equivalent) is desirable.
