Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
  • Manage cash flow, risk management, asset management, and cost control.
  • Liaise with auditors, consultants, and financial institutions.
  • Develop HR strategies; oversee talent acquisition, retention, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and promote positive work environment.
  • Manage compensation, benefits, payroll, and staff training programs.
  • Manage contracts, facilities, logistics, and document management systems.
  • Support board/executive reporting processes and internal policy adherence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, or Business Admin (Master's preferred).
  • ACCA, SHRM or other professional certifications.
  • 10+ years progressive experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
