Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
- Manage cash flow, risk management, asset management, and cost control.
- Liaise with auditors, consultants, and financial institutions.
- Develop HR strategies; oversee talent acquisition, retention, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and promote positive work environment.
- Manage compensation, benefits, payroll, and staff training programs.
- Manage contracts, facilities, logistics, and document management systems.
- Support board/executive reporting processes and internal policy adherence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, or Business Admin (Master's preferred).
- ACCA, SHRM or other professional certifications.
- 10+ years progressive experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
