Civil Technician (Grade 9)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Writing project proposals.
• Planning and monitoring the implementation of projects.
• Sewer construction and maintenance.
• Supervise subordinates.
• Preparation of estimates and bills of quantities of proposed projects.
• Ordering of materials.
• Coordinate all Council projects including Development Partners and Government projects.
• Liaise with other government agencies.

Qualifications & Attributes:

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 5 GCE 'O' Levels including Mathematics and English Language.
• At least 30 years of age.
• Clean Class 4 Driver's License.
• At least 3 years post-grad work experience in Local Govt/Public Sector.
• Clean service history and no criminal record.
