Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Key Job Functions:

• Provide strategic leadership aligned with the company's bio-economy mandate.
• Establish processing plants for production of bio economy goods.
• Conduct research and develop technologies.
• Promote Zimbabwe Government's Rural Industrialization Programme.
• Oversee financial management, operational performance, and compliance.
• Establish partnerships with stakeholders to foster innovation ecosystems.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Master's degree in a relevant field will be a distinct advantage.
• At least 10 years' senior management experience (bio-economy, agriculture, energy, etc.).
• Proven experience in strategic planning, financial management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong strategic and visionary leadership with sound financial acumen.
