Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop Human Resources strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Oversee and enforce the implementation of HR strategies.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and talent development of HR personnel.
  • Develop and implement annual work plans and training plans to address skills gaps.
  • Coordinate the implementation of a performance management system.
  • Oversee staff welfare, salary administration, and management.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of HR information management system.
  • Control the headcount to align with budgets.
  • Recommend improvement of conditions of service for retention.
  • Develop and implement succession plans for critical positions.
  • Implement Audit reports recommendations and provide HR input into the budget.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in HR or Industrial Psychology. Master's in HR is prerequisite.
  • 5-10 years of progressive HR experience, with 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems, labour laws, and employment regulations.
  • Professional certification (IPMZ or equivalent) is desirable.
