Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the organization's vision, mission, and strategic goals.
Program Development: Design, promote, and evaluate programs supporting women entrepreneurs.
Financial Management: Oversee financial health, ensuring sustainable growth and effective resource allocation.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, partners, donors, and regulatory bodies.
Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a diverse team, fostering an inclusive and empowering culture.
Advocacy: Represent ZWMB at industry events, advocating for women's empowerment and access to finance.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Technology, or related discipline.
MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification required.
Minimum of 10 years experience in financial services, with at least 5 years at executive leadership level.
Proven track record in leading large, complex organizations or business units.
Demonstrated success in strategy execution, transformation, and profitability growth.
Developmental Finance: Experience in designing financial interventions for disadvantaged groups, such as rural populations and women.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for social impact and women's empowerment.
