Training Officer

Key Performance Areas:

• Training Needs Identification and Analysis.
• Design and implementation of effective training programmes and modules.
• Training Evaluation, research, and development.
• Coordination of Graduate Learnership and Undergraduate Internship programmes.
• Training records management and regular skills audits.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

• First Degree in Human Resources Management/Sociology/Psychology or equivalent.
• 6 years post-qualification experience (3 years in similar role, preferably Mining).
• Postgraduate qualification in Training of Trainers is an added advantage.
• Membership of a recognized HR professional body (e.g. IPMZ).
• Knowledge of safety management systems (e.g., NOSA SHE) and ERP systems (SAP).
• Clean Class 4 Driver's Licence.
