Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily functions of Tsungutivi Town Board.
- Advise and service the Town Board.
- Coordinate Town Board Meetings.
- Manage Town Board assets.
- Provide services (Planning, Roads, Building, Water, Refuse Collection, and Solid Waste Management).
- Produce monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
- Budget Formulation, Implementation, Monitoring and Evaluation.
- Promote growth and development of Tsungutivi.
- Optimally use the Town Board Revenue.
Qualifications & Attributes:
- Social Science Degree (2.1 class in Local Government, Public Admin, HR, Finance, Accounting, Law) or equivalent.
- Master's degree is an added advantage.
- Local authority experience and membership of recognized professional body added advantage.
- At least 30 years of age. Clean Class 4 driver's license.
- 3 years post-graduate experience in middle management in Local Government. Clean record.
