Contracts Manager

Role Description: Overseeing project portfolios and commercial agreements. Leading the preparation of tenders, accurate pricing, interpreting structural steel blueprints, supervising construction/structural steel projects, managing variations, and acting as the main client contact.

Requirements: BSc in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related technical field. Membership in a recognized professional body (e.g., ZIE). Proven track record in supervising construction and structural steel works. Extensive experience in cost estimation and contract negotiation. PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a significant advantage.
